Supervisor & Manager Training

Supervisor Manager in a Warehouse

Lets start with an

Introduction

Every day at work, lift truck managers and supervisors face a daunting situation. The HSE sets out legal requirements regarding the health and safety of everyone affected by the work that they oversee. Managers and supervisors need to make decisions about the risks and safety which could cost the lives of their friends and colleagues. Sadly, a great many people embark on these roles with little or no training for the tasks that await them.

During this course, trainees will be introduced to the legal duties that affect the way they need to work as supervisors and managers. They are told how these responsibilities apply to lift truck operations and what they need to do to make sure lift trucks are operating properly.

Training can either take place on site at a customer’s premises or in one of our accredited training centres.
