Electric Powered Pallet Trucks/Pedestrian Pallet Trucks (PPT’s) are found in most warehouses and distribution centres. There are two types of low-level pallet trucks, solely pedestrian operated whereby the operator walks alongside the truck, alternatively they can be rider operated with a fixed or a fold down platform that the operator stands on. These trucks are solely used for moving pallets at ground level or for low level order picking (LLOP), they are ideal for this type of operation due to their small size and manoeuvrability.
We offer training for novices, those with experience but no formal training and those requiring a refresher. All of these trucks require a high skill level in order to operate safely. Our instructors will ensure that by the end of the course all trainees will understand their legal obligations regarding checking the truck is safe to use and will be able to operate the truck in a safe and efficient manner.
Durations will be tailored for each course, taking into consideration number of trainees and level of experience. Our team will work with you to help determine which course is the most suitable.
Complete Safety Training offers this course to novice Low Level Pallet Truck operators, those with experience, but no formal training and those requiring a refresher.

All trainees will be provided with an accredited or in-house certificate following successful completion of the course which is valid for 3 years; 3 yearly refresher training is recommended.
