Lets start with an

Introduction

This course will provide the delegates with the understanding and knowledge to correctly provide the care for a wide range of injuries, illnesses, and life – threatening conditions which may be sustained in an active environment. If you are an active person who enjoys being out and about and keeping fit, you are putting yourself at greater risk of sustaining an injury as a result of the activity you are taking part in. This course will give you the skills required to support and treat those injuries/illnesses until further assistance arrives.

Training can either take place on site at a customer’s premises or in one of our accredited training centres.

What will be covered?

Course Content

All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021 as per the HSE requirements.

Hours CPD Certified: 12

All trainees will be provided with an accredited or in-house certificate following successful completion of the course which is valid for 3 years; 3 yearly refresher training is recommended.
