A Mobile Boom, more commonly referred to as a Cherry Picker is a Mobile Elevated Work platform used to provide temporary access for people or equipment to inaccessible areas at height.
Cherry pickers are extensively utilised in sectors such as construction, warehousing, building maintenance, and by utility providers for activities including the maintenance of telephone, cable installation, and electrical installations on poles.
They are common in many places of work and the correct training is needed to efficiently and safely operate. Complete Safety Training will ensure that all operators, regardless of experience level are confident and knowledgeable regarding the safe use of these machines following the completion of the course.

All trainees will be provided with an accredited or in-house certificate following successful completion of the course which is valid for 3 years; 3 yearly refresher training is recommended.
