This course gives all employees the information needed to enable them to work safely, highlighting the risks associated with their workplace, how to identify and reduce these risks. Employers have a responsibility to provide training to all employees to ensure their own safety. Our aim is to not only deliver the information required but to engage delegates by keeping it fun and informative.
There are many risks in the workplace and by attending this course we will make each individual aware of what they are able to do to contribute to a safe working environment, and therefore in turn reduce workplace accidents and injuries.
Training can either take place on site at a customer’s premises or in one of our accredited training centres. We are accredited by IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) and on successful completion of the course each delegate will receive a Managing Safely certificate.
This course is suitable for anyone in a working environment that requires an introduction to the world of health and safety, or who wants to be more involved in the improvement of the health and safety culture at their place of work.

All trainees will be provided with an accredited or in-house certificate following successful completion of the course which is valid for 3 years; 3 yearly refresher training is recommended.
