The IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course covers risk assessments, as well as health and safety legislation, providing a recap of key course content for candidates. IOSH recommends that a refresher course is taken within three years of completing the course.

The Vehicle Mounted Lift Truck is often referred to as a Moffett, which is the manufacturers name. The truck is mounted to the rear of a lorry and secured with chains.
Sideloaders

Sideloader trucks tend to be used in industries such as steel, timber, plastic and concrete. They are efficient in carrying longer and unusual loads safely through tight areas through warehouses and into the yard to load vehicles.
Loading Shovel

A Loading Shovel is most commonly used for clearing, moving and loading large amounts of aggregates such as soil, waste and rubble etc. with relative ease by use of a bucket attachment, however the attachment can be changed to serve other purposes.
Rough Terrain Masted

The Rough Terrain Masted lift truck is similar to the industrial counterbalance except it has the capacity to operate on rough grounds. More often used on farms, moving fruit bins and loading lorries, it has a higher ground clearance and multiple gears to improve traction in wet and muddy conditions.

The main advantage of the Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) lift truck is in the name, it is designed and perfect for high level order picking and for optimising storage space within warehouses and distribution centres.
Order Picker

Order Pickers are found in most distribution centres and warehouses and are mainly used for low and high-level order picking in narrow aisles. A lift truck made to make the life of an employee easier by raising them up to the required height to pick stock from pallets on racking.
